Treatment of Migraine and Tension Headaches… with Botox®!

Plastic surgeons are now using Botox® to treat migraine headaches — a dreadful neurological condition. According to the Migraine Association of Canada over three million Canadians suffer from migraines.

Scientific studies have shown Botox® to be effective in reducing the frequency and severity of migraine headaches for a period of three to four months following treatment. Current studies are also testing the effectiveness of Botox® injections for relief of chronic tension headaches.
