Two weeks after transaxillary breast augmentation with 350cc saline implants. The three-quarter view photo shows patient had a deflated shape after having children. Her breast shape looks much more youthful without a breast lift. Using an elastic wrap for a week or two after surgery helps the implants settled into their proper position efficiently.
